Since "SUSHI WOK" works with food delivery with 1C (it is here that all data on the order and customers are fixed), Revvy was integrated into this system. Then the personal account of the client and WhatsApp channel is tussed, because all messages to customers will be sent to this messenger. We have set up a message template with a request to assess the quality of services and 3 platforms where guests can go and leave a review - Yandex.map, 2GIS and Google Maps.
